Mom likes to make me work for me food at night. She said this way dad and she and at least read the newspaper in 5 minute intervals (that's a big word I heard mom say!).
Mom and I took our walk already this a.m. It's so nice out here in Florida. Mom said I'm going to be spoiled because it will probably be snowing when we return to Michigan in April. That's OK! I like the snow too! I'm an all weather dog!!
This little girl and her dog Shanna were so much fun to watch. Mom would sometimes forget what to do because she was always watching Shanna! Shanna is 11 years old and her handler is only 5!
Sniffle, sniffle...so sad it's over but I'm sure mom will come up with something else for us to do. She said we'll take more classes when we get back home! Yippee! Oh, mom said to be sure to watch Shanna and her handler in the video! 
This is my Uncle Larry! I just love Uncle Larry and Ms. Jan! They are the rich people who have two homes and they let my mom, dad and me stay in their house here in Ocala! I don't have any pictures of Ms. Jan but she is very beautiful and she smells so good all the time. Mom said she took some pictures last night when they all went out to dinner (I had to stay home!) so she'll put them on her blog in the next few days. 
Of course, you know my friend, Fronzie! He was waiting for me again this morning to come see him. Which I did, and I ran, and ran and ran...and then mom had to bath my feet and face! I was just trying to get my fur the same color as Fronzie! BLACK! Oh well, I'll try again later! 
I finally got to meet my 'cousins'! This is Sherry! She's only 4lbs. (that's what I weighed when I was first with mom and dad!). She may be little but she's one tough little dog! My mom said she was the spoiled/selfish little cousin but by the end of our visit, my mom said I was the spoiled/selfish cousin. I kept trying to take Sherry's chewie from her! It's ok...we still had fun chasing each other around the house!
Mom took a video (she really took LOTS of them!) of us running around so here's a peak at what we did most of the 24 hours! Now back to take another nap!! I'm pooped!
I like to lay on the bed and look out the window while mom is sewing. Mom said her 'Mandy Girl' used to do the same thing. So I guess that's a good thing! It makes mom smile which is good.
Next week mom and I are going on our overnight trip to meet my cousin! I'm really excited and so is mom! Mom's sister has a house in Apollo Beach so that's where we're heading on Monday. Dad will fend for himself but he said that's ok. He won't be totally alone as we're leaving Gracie home to keep dad company!
My Aunt Carol likes to bring me toys and this was one she bought me a few weeks ago. I like to carry it in my mouth and squeak it while I run! I keep trying to take it outside but mom and dad won't let me.
This is my latest present from Aunt Carol. I love, love my pink bone! I toss it in the air and squeak it while I run (I love squeaking my toys!). Dad plays tug-of-war with me in the morning and night with my bone. We have so much fun!!
I'm not allowed to sleep with mom and dad but sometimes they put me up on their bed when mom is changing the sheets. Mom and dad's bed doesn't have any wire walls to it like my bed does! How cool is that! This was me one morning as I was getting ready to go outside. Mom always puts boots on me in the a.m. and late at night.
No, I didn't want to go out...I was quite happy just lying in the big bed without the wire walls! This is a cool bed! Maybe when I grow up I'll get to sleep in the big bed too!
Well, I'm not really hiding! I was playing with the container that holds some of my toys and I put my head in the bowl and laid down! Mom finally nudged me...she thought I was stuck but I wasn't. 
This is me laying by the door waiting for my boyfriend to come out to play! I wrote about him before. His name is Fonzie and he's so much fun. You can see my bell that I ring when I want to go outside...either to see Fonzie, go potty or just to sit outside. I love being outside!! Although mom said I've had more baths since we been here than Mandy did all last winter. I'm not sure if that's good or bad! At least I'm always clean!
This is me with my buddy, Fonzie! It was a misty day when mom took these pictures so I had on my rain coat and boots. We had already taken our walk so mom said to go play outside before she dried off the parts of me that aren't covered. I like playing in the back yard and I like walking in the spots that don't have grass. When we got here the grass was nice and green but because this place (called Ocala) only likes the sun, the grass turned brown and the flowers all died when we had a few days of cold weather. I don't care what the weather is so I'm happy wherever I'm at.
This is me waiting for dad to get home so we can go on a golf cart ride! Wow! That's fun. I sit on mom's lap and dad drives us all around the community. I like the wind in my hair and seeing all the sights. Sometimes they take me to the doggie park here in the community but I haven't seen or met but one little dog. Mom said that's just fine and I'll meet more dogs at school. 
This is my neighbor! I don't know his name so we just stare at each other. Once in awhile one of us will bark but usually we just sit and stare. Mom said it's ok to stare but no barking. 
Mom and I played in the outside room today. Well, I played and she was playing with her beads and threads. I'm not allowed to play with them so I had to bring some of my own toys out to the outside room. I like laying on the tile floor...it's nice and cool after I've run in the yard and worked up a sweat!
This is me waiting for dad to come home from doing his golf thing. I don't know what the golf thing is. Mom said dad just likes to hit a little ball with a big stick. I don't know why he just doesn't run with the small ball out in the yard like I do. Guess I just can't figure out what these old people do all the time. Dad does take me and mom on a ride on his golf cart.
